Is this for me?
Life doesn't have to be falling apart for you to need support.
Ashwild is for people navigating the challenges of being human. Stress. Burnout. Chronic pain. Life transitions. Grief. Parenthood. Change.
The feeling that you've lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way.
Maybe you're carrying too much.
Maybe life feels loud.
Maybe you've tried all the things you're supposed to do and still don't feel quite like yourself.
Or perhaps you're simply looking for a place to pause, reconnect and be part of a community that understands.
You don't need experience.
You don't need flexibility.
You don't need the right words.
You simply need to arrive.

THe problem
Life can leave us carrying more than we realise. Stress. Burnout. Trauma. Chronic pain. Grief. Parenthood. Change.
Over time, the body adapts.
You might find yourself constantly busy but unable to rest. Exhausted but wired. Holding tension in your shoulders, jaw or chest. Struggling to slow down, switch off or feel fully present.
Even when life looks okay on the outside, your body may still be carrying the weight of what it's been through.

What we do
We help people reconnect with themselves through body-based movement, breathwork, relaxation and reflection.
Our approach is trauma-informed, gentle and accessible. Everything is invitational. There is no pressure to perform, push through discomfort or get it right.
Rather than working against your body, we learn to listen to it.
Through an integrative combination of movement, rest and community, we create space to notice what you need and build practical tools to support everyday life.

What Changes
Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stretched thin.
Over time, they begin to notice more moments of calm, clarity and connection.
The tension in the shoulders softens. The breath deepens. Rest becomes more accessible. Life feels a little less heavy.
You are not fixed.
You are not transformed overnight.
But you begin to trust yourself more, understand your needs more clearly and feel less alone in carrying them.

Weekly Community Practice
Settle the storm
Life can be noisy.
Full schedules. Endless responsibilities. Constant information. The feeling that you're always moving towards the next thing.
Settle the Storm is a weekly community practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what matters.
Each session explores a different theme through gentle movement, breath, guided relaxation and reflection. There is no pressure to perform, share or achieve anything. Simply an opportunity to pause, notice and spend time with yourself.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, curious, or simply in need of a little breathing room, you are welcome here.
Each session includes:
🌿 Gentle, accessible movement
🌿 Breath and body awareness practices
🌿 Guided relaxation
🌿 Reflection and journalling prompts
🌿 Cacao, colouring and quiet community space
No experience is needed, and all practices can be adapted to suit your body and your needs.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is stop long enough to hear ourselves again.
